Deana saved my life. She helped me work through one of the toughest transitions I’ve ever experienced in my life and I was able to keep my sobriety during this time.

Vibrant, joyful, supportive, humble, loving, healing and authentic are exactly how I would describe Kit. Seeking out a life coach wasn’t anything I thought I’d find myself doing, however, when life jumped ahead of me leaving me disheveled and stressed, I knew it was time to seek help for clarity, motivation and goal-setting. I found Kit or should I say. We found each other! I was doubly blessed, because we formed a kindred bond it was almost like finding a forever soul sister. Kit is absolutely inspiring and an integral part of my journey. I Have learned to take responsibility and to hold myself accountable for my life's path. I am thankful and grateful to Kit for helping me believe in myself. Instead of constant fear and uncertainty, I now have clarity and confidence and I am taking that win and running with it!

"A world so busy with real Friends so few" ~ Brenda Isom
There comes a time in everyone's life where we are tested, tried, and pushed! During those times we are still required to maintain, keep everything together, balance and juggle all of our responsibilities, but who can sustain the throes of life without a helping hand, without a hand of comfort or words of encouragement?
Deana, her kindness, words of encouragement and her helping hands helps one manage through the ebbs in life. You can be real with her, unguarded, you don't have to give that phony smile and fake nod of "all is well" when she asks you, “ how are you doing today?”.
She is unafraid to share her own "life lessons", albeit painful to her personally, if she thinks that the sharing of such events will encourage you or motivate you.
So, how has her support helped me personally? I went through a very trying and lengthy divorce which was damaging to my children, Deana (and John) literally stepped in and helped me co-parent one of my children as I was overwhelmed with dealing with the emotional fall out and repercussions of divorce for two of my other children.
How has my relationship with Deana helped me? Learning the "art of forgiveness" and learning to support others past their mistakes even if that person caused you pain. Who am I talking about? My brother! I had held onto hurts and disappointments about our relationship for over 40 years! I had not spoken with him in that same forty year period, nor did I care anything about his life or his well-being. One evening Deana and I were talking and in the course of conversation I learned how to look at things from his point of view, I put my foot in his shoes and made some much needed other realizations. I went home that night and decided to forgive him and not only that HELP HIM! I have so much fun talking to him, so much laughter now, I realized I missed a lot by holding on to the past.
I will always be grateful for Deana's patience, kindness and support!
When I speak and spend time with her, I know I'm in the "no judgment zone."
